The guest house is located between Kyoto and Osaka. There is a direct limousine bus from Kansai Airport. (Currently suspended)
The guesthouse is renovated a traditional Japanese house that has the moss garden. The guesthouse has 2 private rooms that is Japanese-style rooms (washitsu;Tatami room), 1 female Dormitory and 1 Male Dormitory. It is in the quiet residential area and you can see the Japanese real life. Experience Japanese Culture; We can provide a traditional cloth (Kimono) to take pictures at no charge!
The family-run small guesthouse that is cozy, clean, smoke-free and budget (cheap). The accommodation (backpacker, hostel) in Osaka that is safe neighborhood with real Osaka atmosphere.　）

It is a wooden two-story detached house. Each room does not have a key, but lockers with keys are available in the lounge. Some rooms have doors with fusuma doors, and soundproofing is not sufficient.
There is a shower but no bathtub. There is a public bath with a sauna in a 2-minute walk.
The entire building is non-smoking. Please smoke in the parking space outside the entrance.
Please be quiet after 11:00 pm as this is a residential area.
Our guesthouse is licensed under the Inns and Hotels Act and the Fire Service Act, and considers the safety of our guests to be our number one priority.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or electronic payment (PayPay).

For houses in Japan, there is no locks on the door for the rooms. In addition, the walls and floors are made of wood, so sound travels easily throughout the house. There are small lockers with key in the lounge.
There is a shower but no bathtub. However, there is a public bath with a sauna 2 minutes away on foot.
Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse. However, you may smoke in the parking space or outside the entrance.
The guesthouse is located in a residential area, so please try to keep the noise down after 11:00 p.m.
This Guest House has the permission of the Fire Services Law, the Hotel Business Law from the Government.

Cancellation policy; Free cancellation more than 14 days prior to check-in date. 30% cancellation fee of the total cost applies if cancelled within 2-14 days prior to check-in. 100% applies 1 day prior to check-in, 100% applies if cancelled on the check-in day.

Payment; Please pay at the time of check-in in cash. The credit card is not usable.
